Two Nine Two St Vincent Street is high-quality student accommodation development in the heart of Glasgow city centre. Currently a vacant office building, planning consent was granted in January 2024 for 321 self-contained studio apartments, aimed primarily at the post-graduate and overseas student market.

Artisan Real Estate together with Homes for Students, the UK’s largest independent student management company, will now take forward proposals to create ‘new generation’ student accommodation with a target completion date in time for the 2026/27 academic year.
