Everards Printing Works is located within Bristol’s historic quarter and was purchased in March 2018. Artisan obtained planning permission to redevelop the site as a 255 bedroom 4 star hotel, alongside commercial space and a small number of residential units. The development houses is a mix of listed buildings and more modern structures, including a unique Art Nouveau façade. This façade is intended to become the grand entrance of the new hotel.

Artisan Real Estate believes Bristol to have one of the top performing hotel markets within the UK, achieving occupancy rates of c79%. Conversion of Everard Printing Works commenced in Q4 2019 and is expected to complete in Q1 2022.
