The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor awards were held on 26 April at the Sheraton Spa Hotel, Edinburgh where the team were awarded the prestigious Regeneration of the Year.
The judges recognised that the New Waverley development is one of Edinburgh’s most significant regeneration projects and has had a tangible effect on the surrounding community.
