Green space is central to the design with the site topography utilised to deliver secure underground parking and deliver a streetscape with reduced car numbers, in addition to prioritising pedestrian movement and creating new green routes, and private gardens feature throughout the development.

Construction of the development is underway and the first completions are due to take place in Spring 2023. Artisan have partnered with Moda Living, who will acquire 223 of the homes on practical completion, to deliver the homes for Casa by Moda’s highly innovative rental model.
