Artisan’s most recent acquisition in the North of England, our Saltaire Riverside development sits next door to the World Heritage site of Saltaire.

Acquired in January 2022, Artisan is currently progressing the planning and design phase of this project. With a focus on low-carbon homes and sustainable movement, our proposals seek to provide a modern interpretation of residential living in the centre of Saltaire whilst responding sympathetically to the setting of the heritage assets in the area.

Two community consultation events have completed to date, with our third workshop due to take place shortly. Once complete, we intend to finalise the development design ahead of submitting the planning application later this summer.
