Artisan Real Estate Investors Limited (“Artisan”) as Developer of The Arches at New Waverley has been presented with the prestigious ‘Commercial Project of the Year’ award during the Herald Property Awards evening held on 22 September 2016.
The Arches project, has tastefully transformed 19 formerly neglected Victorian Arches into a buzzing hub of cafés and independent retailers right in the heart of Edinburgh Old Town.
The judges presenting the award described the development as “a stand-out entry in a hugely competitive category”.
Clive Wilding and Charlotte Swanson attended the evening on behalf of Artisan. Clive spoke of the award and said that “It’s great news that The Arches is now recognised by our industry peers as Scotland’s top commercial project, providing a high profile gateway for the rest of New Waverley development which is now progressing on all fronts”.
