Adagio Topping Out Ceremony

8th July 2016

The team from Artisan attended the ‘Topping Out’ of the 3rd hotel at the New Waverly Development – The Adagio Hotel. A Topping Out Ceremony is traditionally held when the last brick or beam is placed on the building and it is seen as being one of the most positive events of the construction process.

The hotel is being built behind the existing frontage facing the Royal Mile with the rear of the hotel backing onto the public square.

Aparthotel is the operator behind the new hotel and has a network of over 100 Aparthotels across Europe. Adagio Edinburgh is set to have 146 bedrooms and will be opening its doors to the public in December 2016.
